Re-branded Lakeview’s image to bring exposure to the resort.
Solution
Designed Lakeview’s new logo, collateral material, and created a content-managed website. Coordination and execution of a $350K media plan that consisted of newspapers, billboards, radio, promotions and public relations. Consulted to acquire the PGA Tri-State Masters tournament and the marketing components surrounding it.
Results
The resort experienced a 20% growth rate over the life of the project
