A PGA tour stop held at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Sponsored by 84 Lumber Company, one of the country’s largest lumber companies. $5 million event.

To increase exposure and attendance to the event.
Solution
TMI was lead on the project, teaming up with WPP (largest communications company in the world) to manage the event logistics. We created and implemented two major programs. First, a strategic relationship with the United Way and other regional charities, which sold tickets as a fund-raiser. The second platform was an event-long festival ending with daily concerts. Other strategic partnerships were established with Comcast and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Results
Attendance increased from 30,000 to over 250,000 in two years. Over $1 million was raised for regional
charities. Over $100 million in regional economic development. The event received positive news coverage from multiple national media outlets.
